Overview Taihai is an independent art business operated by a sole individual based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Payment Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Sales Policy All sales are final. I do not accept returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at hello@taihai.art and I will arrange a replacement at no charge.

Shipping Orders are shipped via Canada Post from Waterloo, Ontario. Please refer to my Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are created by and remain the property of the individual behind Taihai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability As an independent individual seller, I am not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. My liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Changes to These Terms I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
