Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada via Canada Post. Please note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout and reflect current Canada Post pricing, which includes fuel surcharges and carrier fees outside of my control. I keep shipping costs as low as possible and do not profit from shipping fees.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times vary by destination and are determined by Canada Post. I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

Local Pickup If you are based in the Kitchener-Waterloo or Toronto area, local pickup or drop-off arrangements may be available. Contact me at hello@taihai.art before placing your order to arrange this.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact me at hello@taihai.art and I will send a replacement at no charge.
